The Wonder Years “Sleeping on Trash: A Collection of Songs Recorded 2005-2010” Review

After two months of waiting, the 12th of February 2013 marks the day that fans of The Wonder Years can finally pick up their new release Sleeping on Trash: A Collection of Songs Recorded 2005-2010. The record is a compilation of past records from the band; the release itself contained some rare tracks including demos and covers that were originally difficult to get. The band told us;  “Because of that, there are a lot of old tracks floating around from out-of-print 7 inches, cd-r demos or comps. Sleeping on Trash is a way for you to get all of it on just one record. It’s a tangible way to own our old material without having to pay out the nose for it on eBay.”
The release is a great way for die-hard fan’s to physically own many of the songs that, up until this point, have been impossible to find at a reasonable price. As I have been a fan of The Wonder Years for a while now I was definitely looking forward to this release and I personally love it so far! If you are a fan of The Wonder Years I would definitely recommend going to pick this us, it’s a must have for any fan.
